Tank Type - Concrete, fibreglass, plastic, timber, corrugated steel, steel panels, round, oval, or square, Liquidator 2 will fit them all.

Tank Sizes - Liquidator 2, as supplied, is suitable for tanks up to 3 metres (10’) high, any diameter. Longer cords can be supplied as an option enabling Liquidator 2 to be fitted to taller tanks (up to 9 metres (30’) high)

Chemicals - The only part in contact with the liquid is the polyethylene float. Hence Liquidator 2 is compatible with a wide range of liquids: fertilizer, waste water, molasses, acids, wine, olive oil, chemicals, oils, etc.. And of course, plain water.

Separate Pulley Housings - Liquidator 2 is supplied as a compact assembly, ready to mount on the tank roof close to the edge. But the the pulley housings can easily be separated and joined by a horizontal length of pipe. This allows the float to be located well away from the edge, or high up on the apex of the tank roof, if desired.

Adaptable to Roof Shapes - Steep roofs up to 45° can easily be accommodated, thanks to the pivotted pulley housing. And the base of the pulley housing can be readily shaped to match roofs with ribs or bulges that are common to plastic tanks

Guide Pipe (Not Included)- As the name implies, Liquidator 2 is designed to suit 2” round pipe which is a common size worldwide, readily available from hardware stores and plumbing supplies in either plastic or thin wall metal. Square tubes too, either 2” square thin wall galvanized or aluminium, or the slightly smaller 50 mm square tube

Simple Installation - In each case, mounting can usually be carried out using simple tools. Small holes only need to be drilled in the tank roof. (The only part inside the tank is the float which can be passed through the manhole).

Insect Proof - All moving parts are fully enclosed, and the only point of entry is where the indicator cord emerges. But, tucked up underneath the pulley housing, the cord passes through a close fitting floating grommet, making bit impossible for insects to enter.

Weatherproof - For the same reasons Liquidator 2 is dust and weatherproof too. To be completely sure, silicone rubber should be used at the time of installation to eliminate any gaps so that the gauge is fully sealed against the elements - rain, hail, or snow.

The level indicator operates by sliding up and down the external tube with the counterweight is contained in it. The poly float on the level indicator is the only part of the gauge that comes into contact with the liquid. The Liquidator 2 Level Gauge is ideal for most chemical tanks plus is used extensively in water tanks. Liquidator 2 is supplied fully assembled, ready to be installed on top of your tank, near the edge except for the Guide Pipe, which must be purchased separately and cut to length. lnstallation is straightforward, regardless of whether the tank is full or empty. What you need for installation: Pipe: 2" round (plastic or galvanised steel). Actual OD = 60.3 mm, (2 3/8'),OR, 2" square galv. steel or aluminium tube. 50 mm sq. tube will also fit. Wall thickness up to 2mm (0.'10") Pipe length = tank height approximately. Drills: 4mm (11/64"), 5mm (3/16"), 12mm (1/2") Tools: Phillips head screwdriver, knife, hacksaw, file, silicone sealant For Extended Mounting: 1/2" pipe and sockets will also be needed. Liquidator 2 is supplied with enough cord for a 1.5m (5 feet) horizontal extension on a 3m (10 feet) high tank. The Float Pulley Housing can be located much further from the edge, high up on the roof, as in the diagram. The 1/2" black polypropylene threaded socket with can be replaced with standard 1/2"pipe and fittings, readily available from hardware stores in either plastic or metal.
